Cancellation policy is as follows. Please be sure to check before making a reservation.
(up to 9 people)
24 hours before reservation time: 100%
After 48 hours to 24 hours before reservation time: 50%
After 72 hours to 48 hours before the reservation time: 30%
(10 people or more)
After 72 hours before reservation time: 100%
From 2 months to 72 hours before the reservation time: 50%
Honke Tankuma is a completely different business from Tankuma Kitamise “Kyoto Main” (たん熊北店 京都本店), Kumahiko (熊彦), Kobe Tankuma Kitamise (神戸たん熊北店), Yugyoan (熊魚菴) and other Tankuma Kitamise group.
If you make a mistake and do not come to our restaurant, we are sorry to inform you that we will charge you a cancellation fee based on the above cancellation policy. This mistake has been occuered many times. Please be careful in advance.
